Nosy Be – Nosy Tani Hely & Nosy Komba

We embark after the meeting with the guide for the starting point where we will take a boat to head towards the island of Nosy Tanikely.

Nosy Tanikely is a small atoll south of Nosy Be, national park and marine reserve, a true tropical water paradise that, even a few meters deep, has an ocean floor of exceptional beauty, rich in corals and gorgonians, multi-coloured fish and starfish of various shapes and sizes, we will swim in the pristine ecosystem of Nosy Tanikely and, with a little luck, we will meet sea turtles that are quite common in the area.

We will visit, arriving on foot to the lighthouse that has a charming view of the bay below and, looking towards the forest, we will try to identify the giant bats, also known as flying foxes, which are practically the only inhabitants of the island.

Embarkation to the boat and head towards Nosy Komba, where we find a small village with a charming craft market of handmade objects.

Crossing the village, to reach the private park of Lemurs Macaco, a very rare species of primates, present in nature only in Madagascar and in the Comoros Islands. In the park we will have the opportunity to admire some examples in captivity of chameleons, boa constrictors and turtles that populate the island.

Next, we will have a delicious grilled fish lunch, which we will enjoy sitting comfortably on the terrace of a restaurant facing the sea.

In the afternoon there is still time for a refreshing swim or to relax on the beach before returning to Nosy be and our Hotel.
