We will leave Diego after the meeting with the guide who will accompany us in the colorful Amber Mountain, one of the most important parks in northern Madagascar, renowned for its microclimate that influences the endemic fauna and the various shades of green that color the park.
We will go into the park with a light trekking to discover the sacred waterfalls that animate the park, and with a little luck we can find the Lemurs living in the wild, various types of chameleons present in this area including the minimal Brokesia, the smallest chameleon in the world measuring about 2.5 cm, the Uroplactus, the Fossa, Lemur’s, bird watching, and much more.
After about three hours of trekking we will embark on the jeeps in the direction of Diego Suarez (Antsiranana), crossing Joffre Ville with its typical houses and stopping for some scenic photo stops on the way. Arrival in Diego where we can do some shopping before returning to the hotel.
Starting from Diego we can admire along the road the majestic Mountain of French, inhabited by its centuries-old Baobabs.
Arrived at the Park we will be surprised by the climate that awaits us, completely different from the city, and during the journey we will see the city from different panoramic points from which you can enjoy a view of the whole bay.
