Appointment with the local guide and departure in the direction of the port where we will embark on local dinghies to board a comfortable catamaran.

We will depart in the direction of Nosy Komba during our journey of approximately one hour on the spacious catamaran, we will sail along the coast to reach the village of Ampangorina, and explore the handicraft market, famous for local female embroidery and handicrafts, in wood of expert sculptors, with a short walk we will reach the park of the lemurs, where with a little luck we will be able to spot them and take some photos, in the park there are different species of insects, chameleons, snakes and a luxuriant vegetation.

Once we board the catamaran we will continue towards the enchanted atoll of “Petit Iranja”, a crescent of white coral sand and black volcanic rock that rises from the crystal clear waters at low tide.

We stop here for a relaxing visit to stroll along the beach, dive into the crystal clear water for a relaxing swim, discover the rich coral reef and get inspired to take beautiful photos to immortalize this wild paradise.

With a pang of nostalgia and an overwhelming desire to return, we leave the atoll and continue towards the island of Nosy Vorona, a tiny remote island which, with an area of ​​a few hundred square meters, is home to a unique, charming house and a small lighthouse, where once we arrive we will have time to have lunch and enjoy this fantastic atoll with transparent waters.

In the afternoon, return to the port and transfer to your hotel.

 

What to Expect

In this excursion we will have the opportunity to admire the coast and its coves which will lead us first to Nosy Komba where we will be able to visit a park and meet the typical Macaco Lemurs on this island.
We will be able to do some shopping in the many local boutiques of the island market before projecting ourselves into paradise between the Petit Iranja and Nosy Vorona, characterized by their transparent waters and their conformation.
